Heir Location
What We Do
Based with the precise knowledge of
succession law, Diversified Inheritance Group LLC brings heir location to a new level of professionalism and expertise never seen before in our industry. If you have been contacted by our team, you have been connected to assets that are legally yours. Please contact us if you have received a mailing or email from our team.
Is this legitimate?
Our proposal is 100% legitimate based on facts and transparency to you as a client. DIG offers professional references upon your request. DIG prides ourselves with being in compliance with state laws. If you are to receive a package or call from us, rest assured that it is a legitimate company that is contacting you as a potential heir.
How much will this cost me?
DIG works strictly on a contingency basis. This means that we are only compensated if you are compensated. If you receive nothing we receive nothing. In most of our proposals we ask for a percentage which covers all costs including attorney fees, filing fees, etc.
Do I need to hire an attorney?
No. We provide an attorney at law and gather all of the evidentiary proof to establish your claim. There are no upfront costs or retainers. All attorney fees are covered by our company.
Am I liable for the decedents debts?
Going through the process of Probate and permitting legitimate creditors to file legitimate claims , prevents any legal liability on your part. You are not liable for the decedents debts.
How will DIG communicate with me after the agreement is signed?
Our firm realizes that customer services and transparency is highly important to all of us. We make customer service a top priority at DIG and it will be reflected in our communication process to you as our client. Throughout the duration of the estate, we will communicate with you through written correspondence, email, texts, and direct phone calls.
Do I have to go to court?
In most circumstances, you are not required to attend court. Through our legal counsel and the evidentiary proof that we ascertain to establish your claim, you will not be required to be present.
How long can this take?
In most states, there is a 9-12 month minimum in which an estate must be opened. However, depending on the size of the court jurisdiction that your case will be processed in, can heavily influence the duration of the probate case.
