What to Expect 

Once you have signed and returned the agreement, we will send you a copy of your notarized agreement within a month including your welcome packet.

 

Please gather the following documentation to establish your relationship to the decedent. 

                                1) A photocopy of your birth record  *We will advise you if we require a   

                                 certified birth record.

                               2) Certified copy of your parent’s death record if applicable (1 per family).

                               3)  If you have changed your name due to a marriage or other

                               circumstances, please provide us with a copy of the name change record.

Please retain any receipts for expenses that you have incurred for these records as Diversified Inheritance Group will reimburse those costs. If you require financial assistance please contact Dr. Nydia Conrad at 813-482-6405.

 

Please note, your vital records do not become public record, unless ordered by a judge. Confidentiality and privacy is a top priority. Your records are only utilized by our attorney and the court for specific purpose of establishing your lineage. 

 

Our company works exclusively with well qualified attorneys that are barred in the state in which the estate is processed. You will receive an email or letter explaining who your attorney is along with the contact information for their firm. As stated in your contract, you do not have to pay the attorney as this is already included in our contingency based agreement. Remember, we do not collect any funds until the distribution is made.

The probate process can take between 9-12 months minimum before a distribution is made. That process is determined by the court and not by Diversified Inheritance Group LLC.
